Restylane is a family of HA fillers from Galderma, with several formulations engineered to flex with facial expression rather than sit rigidly. The right product preserves how you actually look when you talk and smile.
topical numbing applied first
depending on product and area
final result at 2 weeks
swelling and bruising possible

Like all HA fillers, Restylane physically restores volume where it's been lost. What distinguishes the Restylane family is the texture range. Some formulations are firmer (for structural areas like cheeks), some softer and more flexible (for areas that move constantly like the mouth and tear troughs).
The consultation determines which product fits which area. We don't pick Restylane vs Juvéderm based on a preference for the brand. We pick the specific product within either family that works best for your specific anatomy. Most consults end up using more than one product across the face.
Treatment takes 30 to 60 minutes depending on areas covered. Most patients see immediate results, with final integration over two to four weeks.
Your provider reviews your goals, assesses your facial structure, and discusses which Restylane product is right for the area being treated. The Restylane family includes Lyft for structural support, Kysse for lips, Defyne and Refyne for dynamic areas, and Contour for cheeks. We match the product to the anatomy.
Small injections placed through a fine needle or cannula. Most Restylane products contain lidocaine. Appointment runs thirty to sixty minutes depending on the areas treated.
Some swelling and possible bruising are normal. Restylane tends to integrate quickly because of its smaller particle size in some products. Ice as needed. Sleep elevated for the first night.
Swelling resolves. The filler settles into the tissue and reads natural with expression. We schedule a two-week check-in to assess the result.
Most patients return between six and eighteen months. Lyft in the cheeks lasts longest. Lips and lower face refresh sooner.
At RN Esthetics, every treatment starts with listening. We are Nurse Practitioners, RNs and Estheticians who treat every client as the hero of their own story.
Select an area to explore treatments. Every recommendation is backed by a clinical consultation.

The line that defines the lower face. Filler and biostimulators here sharpen contour and support sagging.
Projection, contour, and the orange-peel dimpling that comes from an overactive mentalis muscle.
Lines from the corner of the mouth toward the chin. Treated with filler and often paired with mouth-corner support.
Shape, definition, hydration. The lips read as a single feature even though they're shaped by many small decisions.
The crease running from the nose to the corner of the mouth. Often improved indirectly by restoring cheek volume.
The midface anchor. Volume here lifts the lower face and restores the youthful triangle.
Volume loss at the temple creates a sunken appearance and disrupts the upper-face frame.
The tear trough beneath the eye, where volume loss and shadowing create a tired appearance.
Restylane is priced per syringe. Lip work usually takes one syringe. Cheeks often take two. Prices listed are starting points. The right product for your specific anatomy is decided at consultation.
We use filler to give back what time, weight change, or aging has taken. We don't add what wasn't there.
The right product depends on the area. Voluma for cheeks, Volbella for lips, Vollure for fine lines. Anatomy chooses the product, not the price.
We use hyaluronic acid filler almost exclusively. If something needs adjusting, we can dissolve it. That option matters.
Filler is best in layered, modest amounts over time. Less now, more if needed, never all at once.
Not when it's done well. The Restylane family is known for natural movement with expression, particularly the XpresHAn line (Defyne, Refyne, Kysse). We dose conservatively at the first visit. You can always add. You can't subtract without dissolving it. Your face should look like itself, just refined.
Each location has its own character. All three share the same standard of care.
Both families are hyaluronic acid. The Restylane line tends to feel slightly firmer and integrate more naturally with dynamic expression in many areas, particularly the lips and lower face. Juvederm tends to feel softer and lift slightly more in static areas. Your provider may use one or the other based on the area and the look you want. Both produce natural results when matched correctly.
Restylane is priced per syringe. Most areas need between one and three syringes depending on the goal and your starting anatomy. We don't quote pricing without seeing you because the right product and amount depend entirely on the area being treated.
Most Restylane products contain lidocaine, so the area numbs within minutes of injection. The initial pinch is mild. Some bruising and swelling are common in the first few days. We use cannula technique in many areas to reduce both.
It depends on the product and the area. Lyft in the cheeks lasts up to eighteen months. Kysse in the lips lasts twelve months. Defyne and Refyne in dynamic areas last twelve to eighteen months. Areas with more movement, like lips, tend to metabolize faster.

Had my first blood draw today with it was INCREDIBLE!!! Also the front desk were all so pleasant especially Kelsie! I highly recommend RN Esthetics!!
I was truly blown away after my appointment here. Every single person I interacted with, from the front desk to the providers who handled my treatments, was incredible! They made me feel so welcomed and cared for, and were both informative and genuinely kind. The space itself is spotless, cozy, and easily the most inviting place I’ve ever been for Botox. Michelle did my Botox and she was amazing! I also had a hydrafacial and dermaplaning, and I already can’t wait to come back again and again. You will not regret booking here!
I highly recommend RN Esthetics! The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful without making you feel rushed. The facility is spotless and clean, which made me feel even more comfortable and confident being there. Great experience overall!
