Michelle founded RN Esthetics in 2012 on a simple idea: aesthetics should start with a conversation, not a treatment menu. Fourteen years in, she still treats every consultation that way.

Ten years in hospice and palliative care taught me what matters. Time. Listening. Meeting people where they actually are. I brought that here. My clients aren’t looking for a different face. They’re looking for the version of themselves they remember being, or the one they want to grow into. That’s what we work toward.
Aging gracefully is a power move. It’s not anti-aging. It’s aging well. There’s a difference.
