These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RN Esthetics website and the services we provide. By visiting our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services at any RN Esthetics location, you agree to these Terms.

RN Esthetics is an aesthetic medical practice operated by Alpha Aesthetic Partners, with locations in Salem, Newburyport, and Lynnfield, Massachusetts. Throughout these Terms, "we," "our," "us," and "RN Esthetics" refer to the practice. "You" or "client" refers to anyone using our website or receiving our services.
We offer aesthetic, wellness, and skincare treatments performed by licensed nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and licensed estheticians. All treatments are performed within the scope of each provider's license and under medical supervision where applicable.
By booking a treatment, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old; some treatments allowed at younger ages with guardian consent] years old, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who will accompany you to the appointment.
You have provided accurate and complete information about your medical history, current medications, allergies, and any prior treatments.
You have disclosed any conditions, including pregnancy, breastfeeding, or recent illness, that may affect your eligibility for treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or modify any treatment based on our clinical judgment, including but not limited to concerns about safety, suitability, contraindications, or the wellbeing of the client.
All new clients are required to complete a consultation before receiving treatment. The consultation includes a review of your medical history, an assessment of your goals, and a discussion of treatment options.By booking an appointment, you agree to:Arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or, at our discretion, a rescheduled visit.
Complete all required intake and consent forms prior to your appointment.
Honor the policies outlined in Section 4 (Cancellations) and Section 5 (Pricing and Payment).
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. All no-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged up to the full cost of the service booked.
Cancellations made within the notice window are not subject to fees. Deposits, if any, are returned or applied to a future appointment.
Cancellations made after the notice window may result in forfeiture of any deposit or a cancellation fee charged to the payment method on file.
No-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require prepayment to book future appointments.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness or an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you in good faith.
Treatment pricing is listed on our website and reviewed during your consultation. Final pricing depends on the individualized treatment plan agreed upon with your provider. Prices are subject to change. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.
Seasonal promotions, packages, and add-on offers are subject to the dates and terms posted on our Specials page. Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, and applies only to services rendered within the promotion window.
RN Esthetics offers memberships (including Modern Hydration, Black Card, Teal Card, and Teen Teal Card) with associated benefits, perks, and recurring billing. Membership terms are presented at the time of enrollment. By enrolling, you agree to those terms in addition to these Terms.
Are personal and non-transferable.Are subject to the cancellation procedures outlined in your membership agreement.Do not expire perks, credits, or services until the dates specified at enrollment.
We do not issue refunds for the results of treatments, as outcomes vary by individual and are not guaranteed (see Section 6).6. Treatment Outcomes and Medical DisclaimersAesthetic and wellness treatments produce results that vary from person to person. While we work to set realistic expectations during your consultation, no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
By receiving treatment, you acknowledge that:
Results may vary based on individual anatomy, age, lifestyle, skincare practices, and adherence to aftercare instructions.Some treatments require multiple sessions to produce noticeable results.
Side effects, including but not limited to redness, swelling, bruising, sensitivity, and temporary discomfort, are possible and expected with many treatments.Although rare, more significant complications can occur with any medical or aesthetic procedure. We will discuss the relevant risks for each treatment during your consultation, and you will review and sign a treatment-specific consent form before the procedure.If you experience an unexpected reaction, you agree to contact us promptly and follow the guidance of your provider. In a medical emergency, you should seek immediate care from an emergency room or your physician.
With your written consent, we may take before-and-after photographs to document treatment progress and to support clinical assessment. Photographs used for marketing, social media, educational materials, or other public-facing purposes will only be used with your separate, written consent. You may withdraw consent for future use at any time by contacting us in writing. Photographs already published or distributed may not be retractable from third-party platforms.
