ClearV is a precision laser tuned to absorb in hemoglobin, the pigment in blood. It clears broken capillaries on the face, small spider veins on the legs, and stubborn vascular lesions that don't respond to broader treatments like BBL. The vessel is treated, the body absorbs it, the skin clears.

The laser is calibrated to wavelengths that pass through skin but are absorbed by hemoglobin. When the beam targets a vessel, the energy heats it, causing the walls to seal and the vessel to dissolve. The body's lymphatic system then clears the closed vessel over the following weeks.
Treatment takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on how many vessels are being addressed. There's no need for numbing in most cases. You'll feel a brief stinging sensation as each vessel is treated.
Most facial vessels resolve in one or two sessions. Leg vessels may need more, since they're larger and under more pressure.
Your provider assesses the specific vessels and redness patterns to be treated. We map the area and discuss what ClearV can resolve in one session versus what may need a series.
Targeted laser pulses on individual vessels or across larger redness patterns. Contact cooling on the handpiece reduces sensation. Sessions run fifteen to thirty minutes depending on the area.
Mild redness at treated areas for twenty-four to forty-eight hours. Treated vessels darken initially, then fade over one to two weeks as the body clears them. Larger leg vessels may bruise slightly.
Clearer skin emerges as treated vessels resolve. Some smaller vessels resolve immediately. Larger vessels may need a second pass after four weeks.
Most facial vascular concerns resolve in one to three sessions. Larger leg vessels and persistent rosacea may need ongoing maintenance every six to twelve months.

Wrong wavelength on darker skin causes pigment damage. We use Nd:YAG for Fitzpatrick 4 through 6 and match every setting to your tone, not the protocol default.
Lasers work in series. We plan four to six sessions for most concerns and explain what each session contributes to the cumulative result.
We talk about what laser can and can't do upfront. For deep texture or significant laxity, we name the limits and discuss alternatives.
Tanned skin can't be safely treated. We pause for four to six weeks after sun exposure and require committed SPF use during the treatment series.
